The Team: LemLem Araya

LemLem Araya is an Associate with Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners). She has over 25 years of experience with leading executive search firms. Throughout her search career, LemLem has worked on numerous assignments in a variety of industries and functions.

Prior to joining Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners), LemLem was a Senior Associate with Heidrick & Struggles in its San Francisco office, where she focused much of her work on general management and senior-level marketing searches within the consumer and retail industries. In addition to working with publicly traded corporations, LemLem worked with private equity firms helping to fill positions at their portfolio companies.

Prior to coming to the U.S., LemLem lived in Africa and traveled extensively in Europe.
