With over a decade of experience recruiting at the CEO, President and senior executive level, Laura delivers strong results assisting clients in surpassing their business goals. Based in San Francisco, Laura is a key member of the Private Equity, Legal, CFO, and Clean Technology Practices at HNCL Search LLC. She identifies leaders for public, private, and private equity-backed companies whose goal is revenue growth and expansion.

She has completed over 200 senior executive searches for clients ranging in size from under $30 million to over $30 billion in revenues. Geographies served include North America, Europe and Asia.

Laura helps grow innovative companies by developing close, collaborative partnerships with candidates and clients and executing an aggressive, analytical search and selection process. Her industry experience spans the Industrial, Legal, Technology, and Energy / Utilities sectors. Her functional areas of expertise include legal (General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel), general management (CEO, Division President, General Manager), finance (CFO), operations (SVP Operations), and supply chain (VP Supply Chain, VP Procurement) search work.

Prior to HNCL Search, Laura was an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles International, executing searches across Heidrick's Private Equity Practice, Legal Practice, Financial Officers Practice, and Industrial Practice. Prior, Laura ran her own search firm for two years, executing searches for PE-backed and public companies in the industrial and technology verticals. Earlier, she spent four years at a leading global search firm, most recently as a Director in the Technology and Venture Practice, conducting executive-level searches for Fortune 1000 companies in the industrial and technology (software and hardware) industry verticals.

Laura holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Brown University.
