The Team: Leanne Collier

Leanne Collier is an Associate at Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners). She joined the firm with over eight years of executive search expertise, in sectors including financial services, technology, real estate, private banking, and law, for roles such as Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Global Head of Human Resources, Head of Quantitative Analysis, and Managing Directors of discrete businesses.

She joined HNC from Heidrick & Struggles, where she was most recently a consulting associate in a generalist role, completing searches across many sectors. Previously she was a Principal with Rhodes Associates in both the Wealth Management and Real Estate Practices, having been recruited from Heidrick & Struggles Wall Street office, where she was the Senior Lead Associate for the Global Chief Information Officer Practice, focused in the Global Financial Services Practice.

When she first began in executive search, Leanne leveraged her legal background and developed a specialty recruiting attorneys in telecom and technology mergers & acquisitions for both law firms and corporations. Leannes clients have included Alliance Capital, AQR Capital, Bank of America, Barclays Capital, Caxton Associates, Citadel Investments, Credit Suisse Private Bank, HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Putnam Investments and UBS.

Leanne practiced as an admiralty litigation attorney in her early career, after earning a Juris Doctor at New York Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy at Hofstra University.
