Full Biography

Chris Corwin is a Principal with HNCL Partners, a San Francisco based executive search firm specializing in senior executive and board level searches across all industries. Chris is focused on working with her clients to fill leadership positions for healthcare services companies, healthcare technology companies and disease-management organizations.

Chris has a wide range of experience as a clinician and healthcare search consultant and brings to HNCL and her clients a deep understanding of today’s healthcare environment. For nearly ten years she was a senior member of Korn Ferry International’s healthcare services and life sciences practice; and, for a similar period of time, held various clinical and consulting roles in cardio-pulmonary and peri-operative programs.

With Chris’ operational experience, strong scientific and management credentials, and her role as a former healthcare consultant, she is able to bring immediate credibility to clients, while being sensitive to organizational cultures. She has a consultative style and approach to the client management and executive search process. Chris has recruited senior executives for such healthcare organizations as Amgen, Stanford Hospital and Clinics, University of Washington and Hoag Hospital.

Chris holds an MBA and a Master of Public Health Services Management from UCLA and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from St. Louis University.
