Lisa Fisher is a Principal with Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners), based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. She has over twenty years of experience in executive search, human resources and human capital consulting. Lisa's efforts are focused primarily on the financial services, professional services and healthcare industry clients. Her search expertise is broad and includes assignments performed for most functional areas -- general and financial management, legal, sales and marketing, operations, customer service and human resources.

Prior to joining Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners), Lisa served a senior advisor to the Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. There she launched and led the Chair's Freedom to Compete initiative, a national education, outreach and coalition building program designed to enable the Commission to proactively address the needs of the 21st Century workplace.

Previously, Lisa spent five years with Heidrick & Struggles in the Washington, D.C. and Tyson's Corner offices, serving as a Principal and member of the Firm's Global Financial Services and Diversity Practices. Her clients relationships have included Capital One Financial, Metris Companies, T. Rowe Price Associates , Freddie Mac, Fleet BankBoston Financial (now Bank of America), Wells Fargo, Sallie Mae and Comerica.

Lisa's earlier professional experiences include recruiting and human resources consulting roles with Wachovia, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, in New York and Philadelphia. She began her career with Richard Clarke Associates, a New York City based executive search firm specializing in diversity placements.

A graduate of Howard University, in Washington, D.C., Lisa earned her Bachelors degree in Communications.
