Full Biography

Vicky Goldberg is a Partner with Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners). Her practice focuses on the media/entertainment and consumer sectors. She has over 21 years of experience in placing key executives in industries such as film and television production, distribution, cable, broadcasting, new media/internet, video games, music, publishing, sports, merchandising/licensing and location-based entertainment.

Prior to joining Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners), Vicky was Vice President of Worldwide Recruitment at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. where she was responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership to the internal recruiting teams supporting the studio and all of its business entities both domestically and internationally. As a member of the Time Warner Recruitment Council, she helped to create global initiatives regarding policies, programs and procedures for all of the divisions within the Time Warner enterprise.

Before Warner Bros., Vicky served six years as a Principal in the Media & Entertainment Practice of Heidrick & Struggles, advising many high-profile clients including Disney, MGM, Fox, Universal, MTV and CBS as well as smaller entrepreneurial organizations. Before that, she spent seven years at SpencerStuart, joining the firm as a Senior Associate in the entertainment practice and later being promoted to Director. She began her executive search career in a research capacity at Korn/Ferry International and has held positions in other management consulting and "boutique" entertainment search firms.

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles. An avid tennis player, she resides in Pacific Palisades, California with her husband and their son and daughter.
