The Team: Todd Greenhalgh Full Biography
Todd is a Partner with Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners) and leads the Clean Technology practice area. Todd's focus is to significantly improve shareholder value by bringing exceptional executives to private equity and venture backed portfolio companies. Having completed over 500 searches in North America, Europe and Asia in the Industrial sector and more than 75 searches in Europe, Todd has deep experience in cross-functional assignments for CEO, COO, CFO, SVPs of Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Six Sigma/Lean; as well as VPs of Business Development, Marketing and Sales.
Prior to joining Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners), Todd was the President and Founder of TSG-LLC, 1ExecStreet and Integral Solutions, boutique retained search firms focused on building cross-functional teams for industry leaders and innovators. With over 17 years experience in executive search, Todd has built numerous leadership teams for Global, Industrial clients including: ChemConnect, CHEP (a Brambles Company), Dow, Great Lakes Chemical, Honeywell and Owens Corning. Leveraging his success and experience with a world-class talent pool and working with leading investors such as Goldman Sachs, Sequoia Capital and Texas Pacific Group, Todd is now solely focused on recruiting exceptional operating executives to the CleanTech sector. Some of his CleanTech portfolio clients include: AgraQuest, Arcadian Networks, BetterBioDiesel, Eco2Plastics, First Solar, Ice Energy, SunEdison, and XunLight. Todd began his career in sales and marketing leadership roles, first with a Mobil Chemical subsidiary, then with GE Plastics where he was the marketing executive responsible for developing new applications in Industrial and Consumer Markets in the Western US. In addition to his business interests, Todd's personal accomplishments include competing in the Boston Marathon, New York City Marathon, Hawaii Ironman Triathlon, Japan Ironman Triathlon and Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. A graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT, Todd earned his B.S. degree in Chemistry.
