Anne Hector - Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners)

As a consultant to life sciences companies for 12+ years, Anne has worked closely with senior management, R&D, clinical, and marketing executives to implement successful strategies. Prior to joining HNCL, Anne was a Vice President at Analysis Group, an economics and management consulting firm, where her clients included pharmaceuticals, device, drug delivery and biotech firms. Extensive experience with strategy, portfolio and organizational planning provides Anne with a deep understanding of the executive skills required to lead in this sector. Abbott, GlaxoSmith Kline, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Cordis, ALZA, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, CR Bard and Kaiser Permanente are all companies Anne has worked with over the course of her career.

Anne serves on the Board of the San Francisco Chapter of the Healthcare Business Women’s Association and has presented workshops on diversity in life sciences companies. Additionally, she has published in Pharmaceutical Executive magazine and spoken at a number of industry conferences on planning for and managing patent expiries.

Outside work, she serves on the board of the Friends of the Urban Forest as well as SFMOMA's Architecture and Design committee. She holds a BA from Brown University, an MBA from Yale University and a BS from City College of New York.
