The Team: Carla Logan

Carla Logan is an Associate in the Atlanta office of HNCL Search. She has over 15 years experience in executive search with diverse industry experience including consumer-packaged goods, retail, transportation and financial services. Ms. Logan is a member of the Board of Directors, Diversity, and Consumer practice groups.

As an Associate, Ms. Logan collaborates with members of the search team to execute the search. Her responsibilities include search strategy development, direct candidate recruitment and development. Also, Ms. Logan contributes to business development by providing detailed market analysis and company information utilizing various internal and external resources.

Previously, Ms. Logan was with Heidrick & Struggles as a Senior Associate for 12 years. Prior to that, she was the Project Manager for a boutique research firm, Innovative Search LLC, where she was responsible for business development, client management and candidate development.

Ms. Logan began her career executing C-suite search assignments for Fortune 500 corporations with Egon Zehnder International, one of the leading executive search firms in the nation.

A native of Atlanta, Ms. Logan received her ABJ degree from the Henry Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia. Ms. Logan is active in various professional and civic organizations.
