Sherri Mitchell-Snider is a Principal with Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners) in the firm's Atlanta office. She is a member of the Financial Services and Insurance Practices and focuses on C-level and board of directors searches.

Prior to joining Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners), Sherri was an Associate Principal in the Atlanta office of Heidrick & Struggles, where she served as a member of the Financial Services, Insurance and Board of Directors Practices with a specialization in top-level search assignments for U.S. and international clients.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sherri was a Senior Consultant performing executive search and executive compensation consulting with KPMG Peat Marwick and earlier served in the executive search practice of Booz Allen & Hamilton. She performed executive search assignments across a range of industries and functional areas and conducted compensation consulting projects focusing on annual incentive and capital accumulation design for top management.

Sherri earned her Bachelor of Science degree in educational psychology, summa cum laude (highest distinction) from Mississippi State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing (highest distinction) from Georgia State University.
