The Team: Miia Rule

Miia Rule joins Hodge / Niederer / Cariani / Lindsay (HNCL Partners) with over 9 years of experience in executive search. Ms. Rule's search assignments focus on finding senior level executives across broad functional disciplines within the Clean Technology, Industrial and High Technology sectors. Ms. Rule represents traditional and emerging companies in fulfilling their senior level executive recruitment needs, which includes the representation of Fortune 500 companies and prominent small firms in their strategic level hiring.

Previously, Miia Rule served as a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office of Heidrick & Struggles, and a member of their Global Technology & IT Services practice. Her search assignments focused on senior level executive positions within the Private Equity/Venture Capital and Technology sectors. She joined Heidrick & Struggles via the acquisition of Highland Partners in October 2006.

Prior to joining Highland Partners, Ms. Rule worked as a Research Associate with Spencer Stuart's High Technology and Board practices in Silicon Valley. Her work focused on placing Board Directors at large and small companies within the technology sector. Outside of Board assignments, her search engagements focused mostly on the areas of software, telecommunications, and consumer technology with specific functional emphasis on Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and senior Sales and Marketing roles.
